XPC Systems 60-Day Limited Warranty

XPC Systems provides a 60-day limited warranty on all computer repairs and upgrades. If the original issue reoccurs within this period, we will resolve it at no additional cost. Our priority is ensuring customer satisfaction and reliable system performance.

Warranty Exclusions:

User-Caused Software Issues: This warranty does not cover problems such as viruses, spyware, or changes to system settings made by the user after the repair. These remain the user’s responsibility.

U nrelated Hardware Failures: Hardware issues unrelated to the initial repair or upgrade are not covered. New issues will require separate diagnostics and repair costs.

Additions by the User: Any software, hardware, components, or system upgrades installed by the user after the original service are not covered under this warranty and will be treated as separate service requests.
