XPC Systems reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for warranty coverage, which applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. No warranties, either express or implied, remain in effect after the specified warranty period expires.
If a product is found to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials, as determined by XPC Systems, the company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. XPC Systems' liability under any warranty, whether expressed or implied, is limited to repair or replacement. XPC Systems shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost wages, lost information, loss of life, injury, or damage to persons, arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the product, even if XPC Systems was informed of the possibility of such damages. XPC Systems also disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the use of its products in high-risk activities, including, but not limited to, medical systems, nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, life support, or weapons systems.
Under warranty, XPC Systems is not responsible for the following:
1. Any software or hardware not originally supplied by XPC Systems.
2. Any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced.
3. Any external devices, accessories, or other parts added to the original product after the customer receives it are not covered under the XPC Systems warranty.
The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged, altered, or rendered defective in any way, including but not limited to:
1. Incidents involving misuse, neglect, or operation under dangerous environmental conditions, or surpassing the recommended specifications of XPC Systems.
2. Internal connection with parts not manufactured or sold by XPC Systems.
3. Modification, overclocking, scratching, defacing, labeling, or markings of any kind.
4. Damage, determined by XPC Systems to have been caused by the customer.
5. Damage caused by dirty power, electrical surges/spikes, line noise, brownouts, blackouts, water damage, fire, flood, earthquakes, lightning, immersion, fluids, drops, falls, strike, lockout, epidemic, winds or impact with other objects, war, radiation, and other "acts of God".
XPC Systems will cover the shipping costs to and from our facility within the first 90 days of the warranty period. After 90 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to XPC Systems. Additionally, it's recommended to insure the shipment to cover the risk of loss or damage during transit. Once repairs are completed, XPC Systems will cover the shipping charges to return the PC to the customer. If XPC Systems determines, after examining the product, that the issue is not warranty-related, the customer will be billed for shipping to and from XPC Systems.
1. Check the warranty materials that came with your product: Alternatively, you can contact us at our website: www.xpcsystems.com
2. Once you contact XPC Systems, they will verify and approve your warranty claim if applicable. If approved, they will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be valid for fifteen (15) days.
3. Please ensure that the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is clearly visible on the shipping label affixed to the outside of the package containing the product you are returning. Do not write the RMA number directly on the box itself. Failure to include the RMA number on the shipping label may result in the refusal of the return. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Once XPC Systems receives the product, they will either repair or replace it. If you're located in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions), they will ship the repaired or replacement product to you freight prepaid.
