1. The original invoice must accompany returns.
2. XPC Systems includes insurance on all packages. In case of damage during
shipping, the damaged product must be returned for evaluation and
replacement.
3. Covered with a 15-Day Money-Back warranty, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
4. To honor the 30-day warranty, all original accessories, manuals, and discs must
be returned with the computer in its original packaging.
5. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 calendar days after delivery. After
30 days, exchanges or store credit may be offered at XPC Systems'
discretion.
6. All returns or exchanges must be approved by XPC Systems with a valid RMA
number provided before returning the item. 7. Refunds will be processed after the products are received, inspected, and found
to be in new, unaltered, and in unused condition.
8. Customers must ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipping
and adequately insured. Any damage that occurs during the return shipping
process is the responsibility of the customer.
9. Customers experiencing issues with a product should contact XPC Systems support
immediately for resolution. XPC Systems will work to resolve the issue and
cover shipping costs for returns of damaged or non-functioning products.
